How Does the Referral Program Work?

2. If your referral is hired and stays with us for at least six months, you earn a reward dependent upon the position they qualify for hire at, if they stay employed and in good standing you will earn the full payout.
3. The more qualified individuals you refer, the higher your potential earnings.
